Things had to change.
While it wasn't pretty and I put in way too many hours in those early days, I cracked the code on a few things early on in my journey.
Some not so proud moments of me working when I should've been enoying time with my son Anders.
So I went down the path of figuring out how to make more money in less time. I quite literally worked backwards from a goal of taking home $1 million dollars while working only 20 hours a week.
That would mean I’d have to make $1,000 per hour on average in my real estate business.
So I got to work.
It took me a few years to crack that code. In 2013 we sold 312 homes on a very profitable model and I got down to 1 day per week.
Then in 2014 we sold 453 homes and I worked only 42 days that year. I took home over $4,000 per hour.
It worked.... and Real Estate B-School was born.
But here's the thing...I have made all the mistakes you can possibly make.
So I felt compelled to share them with hungry real estate agents who have the same growth mindset that I had back in those early days.
I didn’t want the traditional ‘rise & grind’ type approach I was seeing in the industry... and continue to see today.
Bottom line, I developed the tools, systems and strategies for MYSELF so I could provide a lifestyle for my family that we never thought was possible.
